The unique Mil-tek pneumatic technology is the heart of the A102 baler, compressed air is used in the cylinder of the machine to move the pressing plate up and down in the compacting chamber. Patented ECODrive valves are used to reduce the energy spend on compacting the waste.
The fast pressing cycle is achieved by a double-working pneumatic cylinder, controlling the pressing plate in both directions, and allowing fast movement.
With a pressing cycle of only 6-10 sec, the A102 is not only our fastest baler but also the fastest baler in the world. The baler is also equipped with great features like a bale-out indicator, a build in banding knife, and a stoke counter. Everything is build to last, and with easy service and maintenance in mind.
The compact size of the A102 means it only takes up 0,45 m2 of floor space and can fit into all locations no matter how cramped the space is.
